As part of our commitment to safeguarding
our clients’ assets, each property is assigned a
property manager and an accountant who deliver
monthly report packages. These packages include
a robust accounting report of the property’s
financial condition, as well as commentary
regarding leasing activity, maintenance items,
market conditions and insights that can be
leveraged to benefit the asset.
SUPPORT SERVICES TENANT RELATIONS
The Accountant and Property Manager work
together to ensure all financial needs are met and
monitored through our state-of-the-art property-
specific accounting software. Franklin Street
Human Resources handles the onboarding of all
new staff for each property. Through collaboration,
our teams are able to efficiently handle the back-
end services of any property for optimal efficiency. We have achieved great success in our approach
to tenant relations by creating a personal
relationship between the tenant and the Property
Manager. This leads to open dialogue and “real
time” reconnaissance regarding a tenant’s
concerns, considerations and objectives. This
connectivity between the Property Manager and
tenant empowers us to promote renewals and
achieve asset goals.
