At that time I was dealing with infertility issues going the medical route for 4 years and decided to do some research and learned that processed sugars and gluten can cause inflammation thus leading to infertility. Within just 3 days of “breaking up” with sugar and gluten, I felt a world of difference – the cravings disappeared, I had energy when I woke up in the morning and brain fog that I didn’t even know I had was gone and my digestion became regular. Processed sugar consumption is linked to diabetes, serious chronic health conditions, fungal overgrowth – such as candida, along with premature aging and even connected to mental health issues – in particular depression.
