LOW SODIUM EMULSIFYING SALTS FOR PROCESSED CHEESE
Sodium is a mineral found naturally in foods and also added to foods. A low-sodium diet is important to follow in order to control
and maintain a healthy lifestyle. As a guideline one teaspoon of table salt contains 2,300mg of sodium and consumers typically eat
