Preparing For Your Virtual Training Course
Please sign into Zoom using your first and last name to ensure you receive credit for attending. Participants are expected to enable video, if available. Engagement and learning increases when all participants have their cameras turned on. You may choose to enable a virtual background in Zoom to increase privacy.

Please mute your microphone when you are not speaking to reduce background noise. Try to connect in a quiet, distraction-free place when possible, free from work responsibilities that may pull you away from absorbing course content.

Participants are expected to engage in course activities, active note-taking, and discussions during the virtual training session. Consider Zoom a professional environment, and, just like in an in-person class, maintain patient and staff confidentiality.
