The Center for Organizational Readiness and Education (CORE) is a division of the larger Talent Management team in Human Resources at UCLA Health.
We are committed to the success of our employees by providing learning and organizational development services across the enterprise. Our goal is to develop and empower staff and leaders throughout every stage of their career.
CORE provides access to learning and professional development to UCLA Health employees. Additionally, CORE provides management consulting services to leaders across the enterprise.
