Nickle Van Wormer, Sr. Learning & Development Specialist, started his training career in the United States Air Force. Additionally, he spent eight years as a Trainer and Instructional Designer for Wegmans Food Markets. Since moving to Los Angeles four years ago, he has worked for Sky Zone Franchise Group as Manager of Learning and Organizational Development, and for USC as Sr. Organizational Development Specialist. Nickle holds a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Development from RIT.
Sherry Dodge, Learning & Development Manager, started her career at UCLA in 2004. She has served in a variety of roles related to education and professional development. Sherry was a Senior Organizational Development Consultant for UCLA Health (CORE) for seven years. Other roles she has held include Director of Patient Experience at UCLA Health, Adjunct Faculty at Santa Monica College, and Director of Career Services at the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs. She has a Master’s degree in Education and an undergraduate degree in Communication Studies from UCLA.

Ky Pham, Sr. Organizational Development Consultant, started her career in learning & organizational development in 2001, and spent the next 14 years in increasingly senior roles across various industries including Higher Education, Emergency Preparedness, Information Technology, and others. Prior to joining UCLA Health, she was a Senior Consultant with the City of Toronto for four years where she managed the equity, diversity and human rights education portfolio.
Francesca Baldassano, Organizational Development Manager, joined UCLA Health in 2016 and has served the organization as the Training Manager for the Patient Communication Center (PCC), Ambulatory Training Manager for ISS Informatics Training, and a Sr. Organizational Development Consultant with CORE. In her current role as Manager of Organizational Development, she partners with leaders and teams across the enterprise to design and implement specialized interventions that enhance team performance and overall organizational effectiveness. Francesca holds a Master of Arts degree in Intercultural Relations from the University of the Pacific and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from the University of Southern California.
