We treat nearly 50,000 animals a year!
CSAH has hosted veterinary students from 32 different countries on 6 continents from around the world!
We love our working canines! CSAH takes care of working canines from 9 different agencies in the tri-county area
as well as working canines from South America and the Caribbean Islands.
You won’t see our receptionists on the phone at the front desk! CSAH has a dedicated “phone room” separate
from all other work areas. Phone operators can direct calls to the appropriate areas of the hospital as quickly as
possible and take time to answer client questions and set appointments without having to place calls on hold to
assist other clients. This keeps our phone lines moving efficiently and allows our clients to have uninterrupted time
with the person helping them when they call and come in to our hospital. It’s a win-win!
Education is a very important part of practice at CSAH! From CE events we host for rDVM’s, hands on labs for technicians, animal first aid/CPR classes for Police and Fire Personnel, to client pet education seminars. We strive to
make learning a priority for all aspects of our staff, community, and clientele.
Our building is “hurricane proof.”. All exterior glass is hurricane impact windows or doors and our generator will run
the entire hospital’s power in the event of extended power outage. We are able to safely and effectively care for
patients before, during, and after major storms.
Our front desk surfaces are were designed at an angle to deter dogs from urine marking.
