Driveway Reminder : The only things that can be left in the driveway are vehicles and these vehicles must be legally tagged . This includes Low Speed Vehicles . Utility trailers , golf carts , jet skis , etc . are not considered vehicles and should be kept in the garage or a storage facility of your choosing . Storage pods are an exception after HOA approval . In addition , vehicles and / or pods in the driveway cannot be blocking the sidewalk .

Part-Timers If you are interested in finding someone to help you cut your grass , water your lawn , shovel snow ,( should we get any ) or do general lawn maintenance while you are away , stop in at the Community Center East . While we cannot recommend one service over another , I do have business cards from a service that was recently recommended by another resident . As far as someone assisting you with trash , you will need to find someone you trust to enter your garage .

Mold / Algae Growth DECLARATION OF COVENANTS , Article VI , Section 6.13 – Maintenance of Premises and Improvements . Each Owner or Resident shall at all times keep his premises , buildings , and improvements in a safe , clean , neat , and sanitary condition .
Please inspect your property for mold and or algae growth . Properties with visible growth will be notified by the HOA office first by email and then by mail to clean your siding . Fines may be imposed if problem persists and is not taken care of in a timely manner .
