Applications for Trash Enclosures are required but the $ 25.00 fee will be waived . Fee also waived for parking pads should you choose to build one for additional parking on your own property . Dog Gone News
While walking you dog , please be mindful : while dogs are permitted to go to the bathroom in the grass strip between the sidewalk and road , they are not permitted on the property of other homeowners . On that note : The HOA Office has received some complaints recently about some pet owners not picking up after their dogs . We kindly ask , on behalf of all residents , that all dog owners be respectful and clean up your dogs ' waste !! It is unsanitary as well as disrespectful to everyone when you leave your dogs ' feces on the ground . The HOA provides waste bags to put it in but you should still carry your own waste bags just in case your dog goes , dog gone it .
