Talent Attraction
The Talent Attraction project will seek to increase the global awareness and attractiveness of Denmark amongst high-skilled and high-educated international talents to improve innovation, productivity and growth in Danish-based companies, universities and research institutions.
The aim is to secure a coordinated, intelligent and cost-effective international branding effort within talent attraction building a talent pipeline in key sectors such as Cleantech, LifeScience and ICT through awareness of Denmark as an attractive place to study, work and live.
The Talent Attraction activities are centered around two main focus areas:
1. International branding tools and campaigns for Danish companies with international recruitment needs:
Employer place branding is a project designed to help Danish companies to attract highly-qualified international employees in an increasing global competition for top talents.
About the BRANDING TOOLBOX
The online branding toolbox contains marketing material about Denmark and the participating Danish regions to be used free of charge by your company to attract international high-skilled talents. The toolbox is designed as an easy-to-use platform to promote and combine your own employer brand with the unique selling points of Denmark to position your company as an attractive place to work and live. The marketing tools can be adapted to suit your line of business and recruitment needs. In addition, the toolbox highlights the opportunities offered to international employees in your region to secure a successful relocation and further integration.
The branding toolbox is scheduled to be available online in the fall of 2013.
About the BRANDING CAMPAIGNS
The initiative delivers a coordinated and cost-effective international branding effort to market your company’s career opportunities and Denmark as a career destination through marketing and PR campaigns directed at specific recruitment target groups of high-skilled international professionals.
The branding campaigns are scheduled to run from late 2013 to summer 2015.
The goal of the project is to create a coordinated, targeted and cost-effective international effort to brand businesses in Denmark as attractive places to continue a
career. The project will increase Denmark’s international exposure to highly-qualified foreign talents who can fulfil the skill needs of Danish businesses.
