April 2017, the transition to the presidential system and the increasing power
of the president, especially in the context of modern trends, control over the
army can be placed into the hands of the president and the presidential
administration. This, in its turn, assumes the politicization of the TAF,
simultaneously contributing to its institutional identity and value-oriented
transformation, which will have a major impact on both the internal and
foreign political processes of that country.
