Advocate, Litigate.

s 2015 is coming to a close,
we are setting our sights on a
more exciting 2016. There is no
doubt with filings being at an all-time
low over the past seven years, many
attorneys have had to retrain, retool
and diversify.
While NACBA’s legislative team
continues to look for glimpses of light
in an otherwise gridlocked Washington
DC, I want to turn your focus
toward NACBA’s recently adopted tag
line, Educate, Advocate, Litigate.
Educate
The last 12 months, both veterans
and fresh faces of NACBA have

worked to develop and expand areas
of opportunity for consumer attorneys
to represent their clients and further
engage in professional development.
