Sometimes life seems overwhelming and our problems can be used as excuses that lead us into self-absorption, which often can blind us to the fact that we never are truly alone in this world. I find it almost hypocritical to say, "I can't help anyone in this world except myself!", when the fact is that no one would ever really survive on their own.
May we consciously think of those who cultivated us and provided our necessities, and may we be conscious of those who currently help us maintain our lives.
