Stanley H. King Institutes 2026
Since 1963, the Stanley King Institute has offered training in deep listening skills for independent school teachers, advisors, administrators, and other non-clinical, studentfacing school personnel. The 5-day, residential course helps educators understand how deep listening serves to support students through the many challenges of adolescence. Participants gain a deeper understanding of a variety of adolescent developmental issues and patterns, and learn through practice and experience the value of being a steady, caring, deeply listening presence when that is what a student most needs.
