The importance of celebrating success , being truly customerfocused , and creating conditions that allow people to be their very best .
What does an average day look like ?
Tube , plane or train journeys , meetings with our Services colleagues and customer-facing teams , reading , chatting , laughing , work dinners and maybe even a glass of wine now and again .
Why should colleagues be excited about the launch of Team Knowhow ?
It ’ s the exciting next chapter in our business , building on Knowhow and Geek Squad to become even more famous for being super helpful and to be brilliant at connecting , fixing , protecting and improving things for customers .
