Mike Morath Class of 1995 “ GISD was unbelievably important to my preparation in life. I had phenomenal teachers and coaches. I was extremely well-prepared academically for college. Being given a chance to struggle, learn and fail. Being given encouragement to work hard. Garland ISD gave me a great deal, helping make me who I am today. I am lucky I had the opportunity to attend such great schools.
