The month of November started slowly as
the tablers of Area 5 recharged their
batteries post Diwali. November in RTI
terms is an important month due to the RTI
week. RTI Week was launched in aplomb
by AVC Tarang Krishna. Over 90% of
tables in Area 5 took part in the RTI week
with a wide array of activities. Activities
ranging from Shuttle 5 by DMRT 149 and
LC 89 to blood donations , to helping the
elderly to green initiatives where tables
tried to help other life their life infinitely.
Good Touch Bad Touch session were also
launched with RT 257 spreading the word
to approximately 25,000 people and also
managed to tie up with UNICEF. On
publicity day, tables in tables in Indore and
Bhopal put up numerous hoardings in
Indore and Bhopal to spread the word
about Round Table. Publicity too got
another fillip with jingles appearing in a
Radio FM tie up. The week ended with the
National Fellowship Day being celebrated
in Arae 5 with a mens cook out. The men
displayed their talent to burn and grill
things which was heartily and gamely
devoured by the ladies.
