En el texto de esta Ley, el arrendador financiero se denominará " el arrendador " y el arrendatario financiero se denominará " el arrendatario."
No se sujetarán a la presente Ley las operaciones de arrendamiento civil.

CONTRATO DE ARRENDAMIENTO FINANCIERO Y SUS PARTES

Art. 2.- Se entiende por arrendamiento financiero, el contrato mediante el cual el arrendador concede el uso y goce de determinados bienes, muebles e inmuebles, por un plazo de cumplimiento forzoso al arrendatario,
