With a record-breaking number of entries , the competition was tough for the winners . David Ogiste , founder , Nobody ’ s Café , said : “ There were some great other agencies that we were up against , but it ’ s a great category to be in as we ’ ve been going for about two and a half years now , so it ’ s been brilliant .”
The idea behind the agency awards is to signpost those doing good work , to allow them to go forward and win business having been highlighted among their peers . Sue Frye , director of associations , Outsourced Events , said : “ It ’ s nice to be recognised for all the hard work that the team has
put in , people want to know that they ’ re using the best of the best so this award is great .”
The event brings together key industry figures to both reflect upon the successes , share thought leadership and strengthen the bonds of community between agencies .
Amy Manton , sponsorship and sales manager , Brightelm , said : “ I ’ m completely overwhelmed to win Salesperson of the Year . After 22 years in the sales and hospitality sector , I am very grateful to receive this award . We work in an amazing industry and I have some incredible clients , who I am delighted to be back face to face with .”

The Grand Prix The awards themselves were topped off with the Grand Prix award , which recognised an agency that had seen excellence across multiple categories . CTL Communications took home the prize this year , with high marks across a variety of entries .
