Martin Richardson , co-founder of Ten Thousand Hours , says informed client conversations are the best way to lead strategy .
ur agency philosophy is strategy first , creative second , tactics third . Everything we produce for clients should be solutions-led . We always ask ourselves : “ Is what we are proposing contributing to a bigger or wider organisation goal ?”
To achieve this , we apply four key behaviours . First : lead with our opinion . By understanding the ‘ brief beneath the brief ’ to allow us to generate insight-led solutions and concepts . Next : compete to win ; everything we produce should position our clients as best in class .
Thirdly , we must be meticulous experts . Our projects must be designed , planned , tested and delivered with the finest of attention to detail . And lastly , we are rebels at heart ; we shouldn ’ t be afraid to ask why , to question beliefs , be curious and unassuming to create original , pioneering solutions .

Our focus and first port of call is always the event objectives . Once we know the objectives , we can then ask astute questions and conduct research to provide us with the insight to create and deliver a well-thought-out solution to clients .
While there are many delivery options for events , it is our role to independently assess all opportunities and stringently evaluate the return each will offer aligned to the event ambition .
