SpotMe acquired by Swiss Post Swiss Post has acquired a majority stake in SpotMe , the Lausanne-based company and a spin-off from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology . SpotMe , which offers end-to-end event technology solution , will continue to operate globally and as a standalone company after the majority investment .
SpotMe has offices in the United States , Singapore and Bulgaria and its SpotMe management team is co-investing in the company alongside Swiss Post . Details of the transaction have not been disclosed .

Caixin Global set for June Forum date in Singapore Business intelligence specialist Caixin Global will be hosting its first Asia New Vision Forum in mid June in Singapore . The event is supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board ( EDB ) and the Singapore Tourism Board ( STB ). The event will be the first international forum launched by a China-based media outlet in the post-Covid era .
The forum will be held at Marina Bay Sands under the over-arching theme of ‘ Recalibrating the Compass ’, where more than 200 attendees will gather to discuss key topics .
