onstruction activity is buzzing at the corner of 10th and O streets in
downtown Sacramento as the new State office building for the California
Legislature and the Governor comes to life.
When complete, the 10-story building will house 472,000 square feet of office space for

The 10th and O Street Office Building is a significant part of the solution in helping the
State of California achieve its goals for the future of the Capitol, and the progressive
design-build process continues to be a true collaboration between the State, Hensel
Phelps and the entire design-build team.
