OVERVIEW
This tour will focus on properties that
are historic landmarks, contributors to
historic districts, or additions to historic
buildings that now function as affordable
or mixed-income housing. In addition to
the stories and architectural styles of the
buildings, tour attendees will learn about
strategies and incentives used to facilitate
and fund affordable housing in historic
buildings.
Stops will include Maydestone Apart-
ments, Ridgeway Studios, The Shasta Ho-
tel, Capitol Park Hotel, Studios at Hotel
Berry and Bel Vue Apartments. Several of
these sites may be open for an inside look.
