ENTRIES Qualifiers Substitutions T he qualifying period for the 2014 Comrades Marathon runs from 2 June 2013 until 5 May 2014, and runners must run a marathon or longer run within the times listed in the table to the right, then supply your qualifying time to the CMA by no later than 6 May 2014, either by e-mail or contacting the CMA office. Runners who completed the 2013 Comrades Marathon may use their finishing time for 2014, or the Ironman seeding table can be downloaded from www.comrades.com. Seeding upgrades can also be done until 6 May if you run a faster time after submitting your qualifier.
