Phase 3 Cautiously Contributing: 4 to 5 months in At work you will know you have embarked on phase three when you have figured out how to acquire the skills and locate the resources you need to complete the items on your VAD, and to do so independently. Now that you no longer need your supervisor to explain how you will complete projects it is important to take the initiative to explain your projects, and get periodic feedback from your supervisor. As your experience of work becomes more purposeful and exciting be sure to pace yourself, schedule regular time for your personal wellbeing outside of work.
