Fair Lawn Economic Development Corporation President , Abigail Katznelson The EDC is a public / private partnership comprised of Borough of Fair Lawn ’ s commercial property owners , business operators , residents , and representatives of the River Road Improvement Corporation ( RRIC ), Broadway Improvement Corporation ( BIC ) and Chamber of Commerce . Its purpose is to facilitate , coordinate and advocate for the strengthening of Fair Lawn ’ s economic and commercial vitality . Open Space Committee Fair Lawn is one of the most densely populated towns in Bergen County and the Mayor and Council established the Committee to focus upon preserving the remaining areas of undeveloped land for future generations .
