Registration Begins
March 19 at 8 a . m .
Registration Steps
1 . Complete Pre-Registration Form online at : https :// bit . ly / PreRegForm24-25
2 . If requesting tuition fee assistance upload required documents ( see page 7 ) for accepted income verification documents .
3 . You will receive a Pre-Registration confirmation code via email .
4 . Create account at ahschools . ce . eleyo . com to complete registration .
Three-year-old classes :
Child must be three years old on or before September 1 , 2024 .
Four-year-old classes :
Child must be four years old on or before September 1 , 2024 .
Children in general education preschool spots need to be toilet trained to attend preschool classes .

5 . Once you have completed registration you will receive a confirmation email that your registration has been received .
6 . Provide birth certificate and immunization records ( within 1 week of registering ).
7 . Schedule Early Childhood Screening appointment ( See page 8 ).
8 . Lottery class confirmation will be emailed on April 4 , 2024 .
9 . If receiving transportation ( Four-year-old Voluntary Prekindergarten and Income eligible free preschool ), you will be notified of your child ’ s class placement by June 15 , 2024 . 4
