■ Preschool Information Night ( optional )
Join us Thursday , February 9 from 6:30-9 p . m . at the Educational Service Center in Anoka for Preschool Information Night . See page 2 for details .

Create an online account .
Prior to entering the preschool lottery , you will need to create an account for yourself and a profile for each child you wish to register .
• Visit www . ahschools . us / preschool
• Select " Register online-NEW " in the left navigation column . Click " Register online or browse class offerings ." A new window will open . Tip : You may want to bookmark this page to easily go back to check your account .
• Select “ Sign Up ” in the top , right corner .
• Complete the Register a New Account Form and select “ Create Account .” An email will be sent from FeePay with a link to verify your account . Use the “ Verify Your Email Address ” button on the email to verify your account .

Add family members and emergency contacts to your account .
• If you are not already on the website , browse to www . ahschools . us / preschool . Select " Register online-NEW " in the left navigation column . Click " Register online or browse class offerings ." A new window will open .
• Login with your email address and password by selecting the " Log In " button .
• Select your name in the top , right corner of the screen and select Your Account / Relationships .
• Use the “ Add ” button to add all family members .
• Select the “ Create Person ” button at the bottom of the screen to save your information .
• Click “ Emergency Contacts ” under each child ’ s name and provide information for at least two emergency contacts in addition to parent / guardian .

Register for the preschool lottery .
• If you are not already on the website , browse to www . ahschools . us / preschool . Select " Register online-NEW " in the left navigation column . Click " Register online or browse class offerings ." A new window will open .
• Login with your email address and password by selecting the " Log In " button .
• Click on “ Explore All Programs .” Under Preschool select the option for Kindergarten Readiness Preschool PLUS classes and then select “ Learn More .”
• Select the child you are registering and click “ Enroll Selected People in the Lottery .” Continue through the Terms and Conditions , Student Registration Form and the Registration Questions .
• Once you have completed the registration questions , select “ Enroll Selected People in the Lottery .”
• The enrollment will be placed in your shopping cart located in the upper right area of your screen . If you are enrolling more than one child , repeat the registration process for each additional child .
• To finalize the lottery enrollment , select your shopping cart and checkout . You will receive a confirmation email that your child is placed into the lottery . A second email confirming class placement and payment will be received once the busing routes are finalized .
Early childhood screening
Screening is required for all children attending Kindergarten Readiness Preschool PLUS . The Anoka-Hennepin School District offers this service at no cost . Screening is an early look at your child ' s development and is conducted by qualified professionals to help identify specific needs a child may have .
