THINGS TO KNOW
Arrive five minutes prior to your start time and exit the space on
time. Please clean up after your group.
Contact the Community Education department by noon the day of
the event. Events involving 50 or more people require 48-hours
advance notice. Failure to comply may result in additional charges.
Some equipment is available to rent. Make arrangements in advance.
Groups require supervision by adults, who are responsible for the
behavior and compliance with rules. Building Security staff are
on-site to coordinate groups and monitor activities.
Groups are invoiced monthly via email and payment is due upon
receipt. In some cases, groups may be required to pre-pay.
If school buildings are closed due to weather, all activities are
canceled. Check with local news or Anoka-Hennepin Schools
websites for information.
Report all accidents to the Building Security staff.
All rental groups are expected to comply with school district facility
use policies when in Anoka-Hennepin School District buildings and
grounds. The detailed policies are listed on the Anoka-Hennepin
School District website. School buildings and grounds are free of
drugs, alcohol, tobacco and weapons. Gambling is not allowed.
