Payments are required when the child is not in attendance due to illness, personal reasons or inclement weather.
Payment is due on the first of each month, for the current month of care. Late payments will result in a $ 25 late fee being added to the account. Failure to pay will result in termination from the program. The program reserves the right to terminate the contract( s) for chronic late payments.
Auto pay is set up by default in your online Eleyo account. Manual payments can also be paid online through your Eleyo account. To pay by cash or money order, you must pay in person at the central billing office. Payments can also be made by phone, mailed, or left in the drop-box at the billing office. Checks will be processed as an ACH payment.

Financial assistance may be available to qualifying families through the county child care assistance program.

PROGRAM FUNDING

Parent / guardian fees fund the Adventures Plus program. Adventures Plus is coordinated by the Community Education department of the Anoka-Hennepin School District.

NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS( NSF)

When a payment is declined due to non-sufficient funds( NSF), it is the responsibility of the parent / guardian to replace the payment in cash, money order, certified check or credit card upon notification. Failure to do so may result in termination of the contract. NSF returns may require future payments to be made by money order or certified check, cash or credit card.

DROP-IN CARE

Drop-in days are only available to families with a current child care contract. These days must be requested online at least one week in advance. Drop-in requests are approved or denied based on site capacity and staff availability. Drop-in days will be approved or denied no more than two weeks in advance. Cancelations within 48 hours of the drop-in date will be charged the full dropin rate. A confirmation email will be sent if the request is approved. You will be contacted by billing office staff if your drop-in request can not be accomodated. No dropins during September.

NON-SCHOOL DAYS( NSD)

Sites combine on NSDs to provide families with all-day care options. Your child’ s home site may not be open. You will be required to drop-off and pick-up your child at the NSD site assigned to serve your child. Please note that locations may be added or changed due to enrollment levels or building maintenance. You will be informed in advance of changes.
NSDs are not included in regular contract schedules and must be registered for separately through your online account. NSD registration for the full year opens on September 1st. All children must bring their own lunch and beverage daily unless noted by site. Breakfast and afternoon snack is included. Deadline for priority pricing and placement is by the 15th of month prior. Requests received after the 15th of the month prior are accepted pending space availability. Requests are approved on 16th of the month prior.
Once a NSD request is approved- they can not be removed and will be billed regardless of attendance. Cancelations for NSD registrations must also be received by the 15th of the prior month. NSD registration closes 5 business days prior to the NSD start date.

LATE PICK-UP FEE

Parents / guardians must pick up their child by 6 p. m. Effective 6:01 p. m. on the iPad( sign in and sign out device) time, you will be assessed a late fee of $ 5 per child for every 5 minutes or fraction thereof after 6 p. m. The fee will automatically be billed to your account.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, and we have not heard from you or successfully reached a person on your emergency contact list, the police will be contacted for assistance. Continued late pick-up may result in termination of the contract.

DATA PRIVACY

Adventures Plus complies with state and federal data privacy laws. Information gathered from registration and medical forms is shared with the Adventures Plus staff. Information regarding families who are funded by child care assistance is shared with the County Childcare Assistance Program.
