BOWLING TEAM
Whether you are an experienced bowler or are looking to learn more about the game, the
Bowling Club is a great way to strengthen your skills and meet new friends! Bowl and hang
out with your teammates at Classic Bowl in Coon Rapids. Students will be bussed to and from
Coon Rapids Middle School.

CLIMBING CLUB
Have you ever wanted to try rock climbing, but didn’t know where to begin? If so, then this
is the club for you. We will begin with one session here at Northdale Middle School using
the bouldering wall to learn and practice proper climbing techniques and safety. Our final
five sessions will be held at Vertical Endeavors in Minneapolis, where you will learn to use
the auto belays, receive instruction in safe belaying techniques and learn proper climbing
etiquette from an expert Vertical Endeavors instructor. No equipment or experience is
necessary to join the fun! You must go to the Vertical Endeavors website to download, print,
and fill out their Online Gym Waiver prior to the first day. They will not let you in without
a waiver signed by a parent.

PRE-SEASON
DANCE TEAM
During this pre-season danceline
class, we will work on various skills
and choreography. Girls will improve
their flexibility, endurance and skills
such as turns and leaps. This is a great
opportunity to get more individual
help with dance technique and
other important aspects of dance
performance, timing and execution
of moves. This pre-season class is
designed for girls who are interested
in joining the dance team in the
regular season, beginning. Girls are
taught skills, not routines.
