Are you looking for a creative artistic project? Then you will definitely want to participate
in this fun, edible art class! You will be introduced to cookie decorating. Create your own
designs or use the instructor’s photos as a guide. Have fun learning basic preparation
and easy decorating techniques. You will use colorful bags of icing and a variety of metal
decorating tips to create vibrant, tasty works of art!

ROCK PAINTING
Have you ever seen a painted garden rock? Join us for a fun and entertaining class as we
explore the world of rock painting for the outdoors! Choose a unique stone in class and learn
how to create your own individual painting by studying the shape of the rock. Have fun mixing
vibrant acrylic paints and use a variety of brushes to design a “true gem” to compliment your
garden! (An exterior spray or liquid sealer should be used on your rock before it is placed
outdoors. Store rocks indoors during the winter months.)

WOOD PAINTING
Have you always wanted to try painting on wood? Do you have a creative idea that you
would like to attempt? Join us as we explore this fun and easy art medium! You will have an
opportunity to choose a wooden object for your project. Using your own design or one of the
instructor’s designs, you will choose an image and transfer it onto your painting surface. Learn
how to mix and apply colorful acrylic paints, using a variety of paintbrushes for your work of
art. An interior (indoor) or exterior (outdoor) sealer may be used to protect your project, once
your work of art has had time to cure.
