SOCCER CAMP
Score a GOAL! Check out this instructional program, designed to introduce the
essentials of soccer through skill development and small group games. Work on
team play and sportsmanship while practicing shooting, passing, dribbling, balance
and hand/eye coordination. Our goal is to see continual improvement through
practice and scrimmages. Bring a water bottle and sunscreen.

SOFTBALL CAMP
Want to work on your softball skills in a fun, safe environment? Come learn the
fundamental skills of softball without running drills. Instead, you’ll practice skills and
gain experience playing different positions. There will be an opportunity to work in
game-like situations through scrimmages and practice. This class is open to all skill
levels. Bring a glove, sunscreen and water bottle, and wear athletic shoes/cleats.

TRACK AND FIELD CAMP
Track and field combines technical development, fundamental techniques and safety
with a major focus on fun! Using special equipment, our staff teach the standard
track and field events: long distance, sprints, relays, shot put, discus, and standing
long-jump. Our exercises and drills prepare you for a future in cross-country, track
and field events, and distance running, while inspiring a love for running and being
active. Participants put it all together for one fun–filled day at the SkyHawks track
meet! Bring appropriate clothing, two snacks, a water bottle, running shoes, and

VOLLEYBALL CAMP
This co-ed volleyball camp is designed for the beginning and intermediate player. All
aspects of volleyball will be taught through drills and exercises that focus on passing,
setting, hitting and serving. Our staff will assist you in developing fundamental skills
through game-speed drills and daily scrimmages aimed at developing the whole
