BASIC VOLLEYBALL
Here is a great opportunity to improve your overall fitness in a fun, safe, and playful atmo-
sphere. The four-week volleyball program is structured in one hour instructional sessions that
combine fundamental skills, instruction along with organized competition. We teach the basic
skills of volleyball setting, bumping, spiking and serving. Students will be required to have
gym shoes.

Experience the fantastic movement potential of your body through the medium of gymnastics.
