Want to get in better shape for an upcoming sport or activity? Weight Training and Conditioning will introduce you to the world of weight training while pro- viding a positive, safe experience. We’ll concentrate on plyometrics, speed and agility, condi- tioning with use of weight room equipment. Don’t miss this opportunity to better understand the benefits of strength conditioning and learn proper weight training techniques specifically designed for middle school athletes. Students must have a “Sports Qualifying Physical” on file to participate in our after school athletic programs. This physical is valid for three years.
