CO-ED FITNESS AND WEIGHT TRAINING
Need a new kind of workout? Want to get in better shape for an upcoming sport or activity?
Weight Training and Conditioning will introduce you to the world of weight training while pro-
viding a positive, safe experience. We’ll concentrate on plyometrics, speed and agility, condi-
tioning with use of weight room equipment. Don’t miss this opportunity to better understand
the benefits of strength conditioning and learn proper weight training techniques specifically
designed for middle school athletes. Students must have a “Sports Qualifying Physical” on file
to participate in our after school athletic programs. This physical is valid for three years. Immu-
nizations are NOT the same as a “Sports Qualifying Physical” examination. This physical form
is available to you in a PDF format in the on-line registration process. It can also be picked up
at your school’s Community Education office or online at www.ahschools.us/msathletics.
