COMPETITIVE SWIM
For swimmers who have passed Level 4 and above who wish to participate in a coach-
guided swimming workout. No sign up necessary.

during this special “School’s Out!” open swim event at Roosevelt Community Pool.
An exciting afternoon of swimming, splashing and smiles awaits. Drop-in –
no pre-registration required.

Recreational swimming includes the use
of the diving boards or the WIBIT (an
inflatable obstacle course), swim toys
and lap lanes available for swimmers of
all ages. All children age six and younger
must be accompanied by a paid,
swimming adult in the water.

* Swimmers need to pass a swim test to
go on the WIBIT. Swim test consists of
jumping into the pool in deep water and
swimming approximately twenty-five feet
without stopping.

PRIVATE SWIMMING LESSONS
One-on-one lessons provide the opportunity to work around busy schedules and proceed
at an individual pace. Contact the pool office at 763-506-5980.
Fee: $88 for four/30-minute lessons
UNDER WATER HOCKEY
Underwater Hockey is a globally played,
limited-contact sport. Players take turns
holding their breath while they move the
puck around the bottom of the pool and
pass to their teammates. This fun game
has been around for decades and it is
time to start spreading the word! Bring
a swim suit and towel, all other
equipment provided.
