BABYSITTING: AMERICAN RED CROSS CERTIFIED
Parents are looking for certified babysitters! Get a leg up on the competition with
this American Red Cross class that prepares you for a wide variety of babysitting
situations. Learn about the basic care of young children including safety and
responsibility, age-appropriate activities and first aid. Must be at least 11 years
of age. Must complete the entire class to receive certification. Bring a lunch and
beverage.

CHESS TEAM
Get into the game you love to play! Our focus is on developing competitive chess skills,
knowledge, analytical abilities and intellectual strength through lessons, puzzles, practice
and competitions. The instructor, Nathan Hoover, is a National Chess Master and
former Minnesota State Champion. No class December 4. Presented by Youth
Enrichment League.

SNOWMOBILE SAFETY CLASS
Join this introductory class designed for snowmobile
riders with little or no experience. You’ll obtain and
study the DNR safety information on an interactive
online course at your own pace in the comfort of your
own home under the guidance of a parent or
guardian. Once completed, you’ll print out a voucher
of completion and attend class to review safety
requirements and complete a performance driving
course. Appropriate for youth eleven years of age and
up. (Ages 16+ are eligible to take an adult course.
