The Yes Brain
Bottom line: Every parent wants to raise strong-minded, resilient, caring
children. Using, “The Yes Brain,” by Dan Siegel, M.D. and Tina Payne
Bryson, Ph.D. as our guide, we’ll discuss clear and practical strategies for
promoting balance, empathy, and self-regulation in your child. This will not
only help them manage today’s bumps and tumbles, but to instill in them
the skills that will allow them to enjoy happy, healthy grown-up lives too.

Math Rocks!

The air is cold. Snow is in the forecast. It’s the perfect season to take time
for some “snowy” fun. Let’s build a snow fort, throw some snowballs, dress
up a snowman and ice skate...all indoors! “Snow Much Fun” features a
great variety of cozier options for enjoying frosty fun activities.
