Terrific Twos & Threes (24-47 months)
Play and learn with your child in this class, designed for children
emerging from toddlerhood and entering the preschool years. Discuss
strategies to help you understand and appreciate everyday life with
your child. Explore a variety of skills that can help you nurture and guide
your child through their early years.
*Sibling care is available at Riverview ECC – $50/child. Registration is required.

Parents, Kids & Preschool
Your Moving Baby (6-12 months)
This is a busy time in a baby’s life…rolling, crawling, standing and
perhaps walking. Join other families to play and learn in an environment
designed for babies. A licensed parent educator will guide discussions
and provide important information for this next stage in your baby’s
development. Parents/caregivers and babies remain together for the
class. Although this is a free class, pre-registration is required. Limit one
free class per family, per semester.

New Parents Connecting
(Birth-6 months)
Bring your baby and join other new
parents for support and discussion
led by a parenting educator.
Topics include parent concerns,
sleep routines, infant feeding,
development, concerns with going
back to work, sibling adjustments, and child care options. Weight
checks for your infant will be available. No registration, no fee -
you may join at anytime!
Class meets year-round on Thursdays from 10-11 a.m.
No Class December 28, March 15, and April 12.

This preschool class meets two days a week.
The first day, parents and children attend
together. The second day is for children
only. Parent attendance is expected in order
for child to participate in the child-only day.
Activities are aligned with Anoka-Hennepin
Schools kindergarten curriculum to enhance
the development of social skills, math, literacy,
music and science. Parenting topics include
getting ready for kindergarten, setting limits,
bedtime and more.
