AGE-SPECIFIC CLASSES
PARENT/CHILD CLASSES
Babies, Babies, Babies! (Birth-12 months)
Join other parents to play and learn in a baby-safe environment. Babies will
have fun with activities and songs; parents will learn about development,
early learning activities, sleeping and eating. Parents/caregivers and children
remain together for the class. Although this is a free class, pre-registration is
required. Limit one free class per family, per semester.
*Sibling care is available at Riverview ECC – $50/child. Registration is required.

What are age-specific
classes?
The age of the child attending
the class must fall within the
age guideline during the first
week class is held. Each class
includes parent/child time,
learning activities for children
and parenting discussion.
If you need a class for children of
various ages, consider a mixed-
age class, found on pages 9-14;
or classes with the sibling care
option.

So much has changed in your child’s first year! Spend time with your one-year-
old learning, discovering and playing in a classroom designed for exploring
and moving as well as parenting discussion on topics related to the joys and
challenges of this age. Parent/caregiver and child separation will be gradual.
