Age-appropriate strategies for dealing with day-to-day challenges will be discussed to help parents understand their child’s emotional and logical brain and how it can lead to calmer, happier children. Plus, gain information on helping your child learn about their emotions - how to identify and regulate them in daily life. ECFE provides pregnant and parenting young people, ages 13-22, with support services and parent education. This class also offers community resources, children’s learning activities and time for play.
