Aquatics: Swimming lessons

lessons for children – infants to

Swimming is a great activity for parents and
children to enjoy the water. This class will
teach families safety skills and allow time for
individual practice and instructor feedback.
Families will practice rhythmic breathing
(bubble, bobs), floating (front and back),
kicking (front and back), arm motion (front
and back), jumping in, and lifejacket readiness.
All students will have the opportunity to learn
at their own pace in a relaxed environment.
For children six months - five years of age.
