The information and tools ECFE offers during the toddler and two years are designed to support families in developing their own ways to promote their children ’ s growth and development .

Toddlers ( 18 to 24 months ) Spend time with your child learning , discovering , and playing in a classroom designed for exploring and moving as well as parenting discussion on topics related to the joys and challenges of this age . Connect with other parents / caregivers who are sharing in the same experiences . Separating class - parent / caregiver and child separation will be gradual .

Baby on the Way

This class is designed for parents and caregivers who are expecting a baby ! Discussion topics will be geared for expecting families to get the support and information needed as they journey into parenthood . Topics will include early infant development , building healthy attachments , infant skills and temperaments . Classes will be led by an ECFE parenting educator .

This class is presented in a virtual format online ; information on how to join the class will be emailed by the teacher one week before class starts .

NEW ! Twos ( 24 to 36 months ) Life can be challenging living with the emerging independence of a two-year-old . Enjoy learning activities designed for curious , busy , on-the-go toddlers . Parenting discussion includes information about temperament traits , setting limits , toilet learning and independence . You ’ ll also connect with other parents and caregivers going through similar experiences . Separating class – parents / caregivers spend half of the class time together with their child and half in parenting education .
