NEW! Introduction to ECFE
Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) classes are designed to strengthen
families and support children’s healthy growth and development. Enjoy this
time to play with your child in an early childhood classroom exploring play
dough, art activities, building with blocks, and more. During the second
part of class, parents/guardians separate from children to discuss a variety
of parenting topics made to boost parenting skills and confidence while
licensed teachers help your child develop their physical, language, cognitive
and social potential.

Everyday Parenting
Everyday parenting brings everyday questions. How do I...? What’s

The list is never-ending! Join us to discuss your child’s development and
get answers to your everyday parenting questions. You’ll discover simple,
effective responses to the everyday challenges that we all have. Plus, you

Open the Door, Let’s Explore
Explore and discover the world outside through experiential, hands-on
activities. Parenting discussion will include how to help children learn through
common everyday experiences. Weather permitting; we will go outside to
our nature area for outdoor activities. Dress for outdoor play every week.

What are mixed-age
classes?
Mixed-age classes are designed
for families with one or more
children, ranging in age from
birth up to kindergarten. Each
class includes a parent/child time,
learning activities for children
and parent discussion.
Other than the baby classes, the
parents/guardians will typically
separate for a portion of the
class time. See website for class
separation details.
Registration information can be
found on pages 38-39.

NO CLASSES:
ECFE classes will not be held on Sept. 30,
Oct. 17-19, Nov. 5, Nov. 27-30, Dec. 2-3,
Dec. 23-Jan. 4, and Jan. 20.
