Adventures in Parenting
Parenting is a challenging job
with struggles and trials. For
some, the challenge is even
more difficult due to:
• mental health issues or anxiety,
• added stress of money
concerns,
• parents with their own
learning difficulties, or
• lack of family support.
This class offers parenting
education and community
resources for parents facing
these unique challenges. There
will also be time for play and
children’s learning activities.
If you’ve been in ECFE classes for more than a year or perhaps you have
two children and are ready to move beyond toilet learning and toddler
tantrums, then this is the class for you! As you transition from parenting little
ones to bigger kids, it’s time to shift discussions to a focus on preschool and
early elementary school parenting. *For Anoka location please bring an age-
