Anoka-Hennepin Community Education coordinates Kindergarten Readiness Preschool, which is a free preschool option with transportation included. The program is available to four-year-old children from families who meet income eligibility guidelines.
It offers the same school readiness curriculum that is aligned with Anoka-Hennepin Schools kindergarten curriculum. Licensed teachers monitor child progress and development throughout the school year. Children must be four years old by September 1, 2017.
Families who meet the income guidelines listed below are invited to apply.

Proof of income will be required prior to enrollment in class.
Classes meet Monday through Thursday from September to June. Morning or afternoon schedules are available. Free transportation and snack / meal are also included.
Enrollment is limited to Anoka-Hennepin School District residents living in or attending daycare in the designated attendance areas of the schools listed to the left.
Online registration
Registration for 2017-18 classes began in January. Eligible families may visit our website for more information or to register. Applications are accepted until all classes are full.
