Sliding fee scale
The sliding fee scale below applies to all ECFE classes. Fees can be waived or reduced at any income level if family circumstances would make payment a hardship.
Call the ECFE office at 763-506-1275 if you have any questions about the fee scales or fee waivers. All information collected is confidential. Our goal is to provide affordable, quality programming for all Anoka-Hennepin families. No one will be turned away because of an inability to pay.

Life can be challenging living with the emerging independence of a twoyear-old. Enjoy learning activities designed for curious, busy, on-the-go toddlers. This is a busy time in a baby’ s life … rolling, crawling, standing and perhaps walking. Join other families to play and learn in an environment designed for babies. A licensed parent educator will guide discussions and provide important information for this next stage in your baby’ s development. Parents / caregivers and children remain together for the class. Although this is a free class, pre-registration is required. Limit one free class per family, per semester.
