fitness Arms and Abs Body Step Target your arms, shoulders, chest, back and core. Use light hand weights and body weight exercises to tone arms and taper your torso. A cardio/core workout step class using your body weight as resistance. This weight bearing aspect is increased every time you step up, improving bone health and density. You will get a great cardio workout while also building muscle, and improve coordination while burning calories.
