55+ Defensive Driving Gentle Yoga for Boomers
If you are 55 or older, become eligible to receive a 10 percent
discount on your car insurance and become a better driver! No
driving or test required. Include your name as it appears on your
driver’s license with registration. Class fee: $29. Gentle Yoga is perfect for boomers and seniors. We will move
through seated, standing, traditional and modified yoga poses
with additional focus on stretching, flexibility, balance, and
restorative breathing promoting stress reduction and relaxation.
This class is shoe and joint friendly and we do not get down
on mats. Dress in comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. See

your joints by strengthening the surrounding muscles, which
will keep your joints in alignment to decrease wear and tear.
Use free weights, resistance bands and floor work for a total
body workout that everyone can do. Class will include balance
and agility training. Dress in comfortable clothing, and bring
