Learn about different soy products and how to use them. From
tofu to miso and from breakfast to dinner, you will learn the
nutritional value of fermented and non-fermented soy products
as we make and taste: savory tofu scramble, tempeh cashew
spread, miso soup and pudding. Prepare your taste buds for the
unexpected. All supplies provided. Class fee: $45. Create this cookie bouquet using cookies, royal icing and
chocolate. You learn how to design an edible bouquet of spring
flowers and butterflies. Receive guidance on how to use a piping
bag and color icing in order to decorate like a pro! Leave class

cinnamon and caramel rolls. From scratch, make buttery pecan-
